Krk — Punat and Košljun
A day on the island of Krk — the big marina at Punat, the short boat across to the Franciscan monastery on the islet of Košljun, and an afternoon excursion down the coast to swim.
27 August 2023, a day out to Krk. Morning at Punat — one of the biggest marinas on the Adriatic — then the little boat over to Košljun, the wooded islet in the bay with a Franciscan monastery and its crowded museum of ships, shells and birds. In the afternoon a longer excursion down the coast, past the cliffs to a cove for a swim, and back to Punat by evening.
